A couple of weekends ago Mommy and Daddy took me to the Children's Museum in downtown Tucson. We had never been there before, so we thought we would check it out. The day we went was free admission day, so we got to check it out for free. That place was awesome!!! It was a great place to play. They had a bunch of different rooms; police and fire, dinosaurs, under the sea, grocery store, hospital, vet clinic, and my favorite - TRAINS!!!
They had this room that was all trains. It was great. There was a train that went around the ceiling that I watched. There were train cars, there was a big train in the middle of the room to explore and climb on. There were toy trains to play with. There was nothing but trains in there. I think we stayed in that room for an hour just watching and playing with all the trains that they had there.
This past weekend, Daddy took me to the International Wildlife Museum. It was like a zoo but none of the animals there were alive. They were like big stuffed animals. They had animals of all shapes and sizes and from all over the world. They had giraffes, elephants, lions, and tigers, and bears (oh my). It was nice being able to be close to those animals without them moving.
Since the weather has been nice here, Daddy turned the solar heater on for the pool so we went swimming this Saturday and Sunday. The water was still too cold for Mommy (81 degrees), but not too cold for Daddy and I. We braved the chilly water with Charlie and splashed around having fun. I don't have any swim trunks that fit, so Mommy and Daddy just let me go in with my swimmer diapers on. It was so much fun.
In the next entry I will tell you all about the Pima County Fair and how much fun we had there.
Love,
Jeremy
