Quick Summer Update

Busy summer here in Tucson. Busy with vacation, busy with preparing for Jaxson, busy waiting for the monsoons to finally do something. But a busy, busy summer. Hard to believe that the summer is almost over, and that Jaxson is almost here. We are all very excited for him to get here, and I am really excited to be an older brother. We see babies all the time when we are out and about and I make sure I let Mommy and Daddy know every time I see one.

So to keep this somewhat brief, here is what we have been up to this summer. For Mommy's birthday we went back to Chicago and spent the week at Grandma and Grandpa Taylor's. It was great to see them and to see the whole family. Mommy and Daddy enjoyed being home too, but they were disappointed that there was not a good thunderstorm when we were there. We were able to see Daddy's friend Mary Beth and her baby, Silas. I had a good time with Silas and can't wait to have my little brother here so I can show him the way.

Mommy has been doing what she can in Jaxson's room, and it is nearly complete. Daddy needs to do some final touches, but otherwise it looks great. I have included pictures below from Jaxon's room, so those of you who aren't in town can see his room.

Well I need to get running. I am a very busy boy these days. Learning how to talk, playing with my choo-choos, chasing Dee-Dee and Charlie, always something to do.
