Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween from the Taylor family!!! We hope that everyone had a fun, safe and candy filled Halloween. We decided not to go out tonight with Jeremy, instead stayed home and handed out candy to all the trick-or-treaters. We did however dress up Jeremy and the 2 dogs. Enjoy this picture of our 2 pumpkins and Joe Cool.

Jeremy enjoyed being dressed as a pumpkin for the second day in a row, although he got tired of the pictures and attention. His way of letting you know he has had enough is by pooping on you. And that is just what happened to Sara as we were getting ready to take his last picture. However we were able to capture a nice picture of him sitting in a chair with Robb before the incident occurred.

Halloween at Monument East

It was Halloween time and at Monument East Veterinary Hospital the staff has a theme where everyone dresses the part. Since Sara is on maternity leave, she did not have to dress up this year. But since the staff was dressed we decided we would stop by. The theme this year, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. We dressed Jeremy up in his Halloween outfit and brought him in. We struggled to find a costume, but dressed him as a jack-o-lantern.

He was a big hit with all the tech as they loved to have him around. Most of the dwarfs were represented, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Bashful, and Doc, Snow White and the Evil Queen. Snow White took some time out of her busy schedule to hold Jeremy and feed him a bottle when he got hungry. Snow White was played by Amanda the lovely receptionist at Monument. After a short visit we took our little pumpkin back home where we grabbed the dogs and went for a nice walk around the neighborhood.

Tomorrow is Halloween and we have not yet decided whether we are going to take Jeremy out around the neighborhood. Perhaps we will just take him to our friends houses around the area so they can see our little pumpkin and we can share the holiday with them.

Dinner at the Bosses

We had a good day today. Jeremy took the day nice and easy. More of the same, laying around sleeping, eating, and pooping. You know a packed and busy day. Tonight however we had dinner plans at Sara's bosses house. Brooke, Doug, and their son Tyler, had us over for dinner.

Just as Jeremy had been all day and the times when we have taken him out, Jeremy was well behaved. He slept through dinner, which allowed us to have a delightful meal with the Roops. it wasn't until after dinner that Jeremy woke up and joined us. The Roops gave us a new rockin' chair that Jeremy loved while he was seated in it.

It has been a long day and we are starting the process of getting Jeremy ready for bed. Bath, put on pajamas, eat, and change the diaper, then off to bed. Hopefully tonight will be a restful night for everyone.

Bath time!!!

Running Errands

So today we decided we were going to take Jeremy out and about and run some errands. A run to Target, a quick stop at Michael's and grocery shopping at Albertsons. Jeremy was a big hit at Albertsons as the ladies in the deli section had a field day with him. He was well behaved and slept the whole time so he did not hear all the compliments that we being thrown his way.

The rest of the day was a lazy day around the house. Plenty of naps and rest time.
