So it has been a few weeks since we have been home from Hawaii. I am turning 9 months old in a couple of days, just celebrated my first Fourth of July with Mommy, and monsoon season is getting started here in Tucson.
The Fourth of July was great. Daddy had to work so I got to spend the day with Mommy. We had fun hanging around the house and painting the house. Mommy decided that since she and Daddy had been here for 3 years she might as well paint it so it looks like a home. I think that Mommy did a great job in the different rooms she painted. I was too tired to watch fire works at night, but I heard them, they sounded pretty loud.
The weather in Tucson is started to get hot, hotter than it has been. The news says it is suppose to be 110+ this coming weekend. But monsoon season has started and it has brought the rain. In the late afternoons and evenings we have had rain and thunderstorms around the area. Daddy says that they storms haven't been too bad yet, and that we should get better storms in a little bit. Daddy says that tornado season is better, I hope that one day I can find out.
I am working on crawling still, but am not having a lot of success. I like to roll on my side and work it like an inch worm to get to where I need to go. Mommy has started to help me wall. She hold my hands and I have been taking steps to get to where I need to go. I think that I am also starting to get teeth. I like to put everything in my mouth and I am drooling all the time. So maybe shortly here I will have some teeth that will help me eat my big boy food easier.
Below are some pictures from the Fourth of July and from the teething sticks Mommy like to give me. They make a big mess but they are really good. Enjoy.
Love,
Jeremy
