Howdy pardner. It's been a while, I know, but we did some really cool stuff in the last little bit and took a bunch of pictures. This past weekend Daddy's uncle, so my Great Uncle, Jeff, came out to visit from Wisconsin. He had a work conference in Phoenix during the week and decided to come down and visit us on the weekend before flying home. It was great seeing Great Uncle Jeff since we only get to see him once a year around the holidays, so it was a treat.
We took Great Uncle Jeff out to Old Tucson Studios. We have never been there before, but heard that it was a fun place. They film a lot of movies, TV shows, and commercials out there because it is set up like a Wild West Town. Movies like Tombstone, Three Amigos, Hombre, and Cannonball Run 2 were filmed out there. It was pretty cool seeing all the old buildinsg and everything. There was even a gun fight that we were able to watch. Well, Daddy and I only watched a part of it, because the guns were really loud, and I did not much care for it.
We got to go on this train and take a train ride around the property to see all the old sets. We also went on a haunted mine tour. I didn't think it was too scary, but I held on to Daddy tight, cause I thought he was going to be scared. For lunch we ate at Phoebe's Pizza and Sweets. Daddy told me that was Great Grandma Taylor's first name, so we had to eat there. Oh and I love pizza, so I did not mind.
Overall I had a great visit with Great Uncle Jeff. I hope he comes out again soon. I think Charlie and Dee want him to come out again too because they had a lot of fun playing with him. We are having a few more visitors in few weeks as Uncle Jim and Michael are going to be visiting and going with Mommy and Daddy to the Blackhawks game in Phoenix. March is our month of visitors, so I should have a lot to write about this month.
Oh, before I go. Daddy did update the webshots page with all the pictures from Old Tucson Studios and some other pictures from around the house, my man cave, and bath time. Enjoy everyone.
Love,
Jeremy
