Cubs Game and Grandparents Visit

So this past weekend was a great weekend for the Taylor Family. Not only did we attend Jeremy's first Cubs game, but Grandma and Grandpa Taylor are out visiting. So the Cubs were in Tucson playing the Colorado Rockies in one of the final Spring Training games. We were fortunate enough to get tickets for the whole family to go. Grandma and Grandpa Taylor flew in at noon and we were able to make a 1 pm game.

The pictures below were taken at the game. Jeremy's first Cubs game, no Wrigley Field, but a good time nonetheless. We stayed for a few innings, and left when the Cubs were winning, but unfortunately they were not able to hold the lead and ended up losing. We are hoping that the Cubs can win a World Series in Jeremy's lifetime.

Drinking at the ballpark, no Old Style, but formula is just as good.

The Taylor boy's at the Cubs game. 3 generations of Cubs fans, 0 World Series Championships.

This is how we rock the Cubs hat.
The Cubs game was on Saturday, and on Sunday we drove up the road to Scottsdale to visit Grandma and Grandpa Doubek. It was a good time getting all the Grandparents together and everyone had a great visit. Jeremy was passed around and spent time with each of his Grandparents that day.
More to come from the visit by Grandma and Grandpa Taylor. We are planning on going to the zoo and to the Desert Museum in the next few days and will take more pictures to incorporate into the blog.
Oh, one other thing to note about Saturday. The temperature at the game was in the low 80's and a few of us got sunburned. I know that Chicago and Wisconsin were suppose to get a few inches of snow. So we just wanted to let you know that we feel your pain. Your pain is your back from shoveling, and our pain is the sunburn. Seems equal to me.

Jeremy chuggin' down the formula while daddy is chuggin' down a beer. That's how we roll.

I love reading the baby updates. I can't believe how big he is getting! Such a little man.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for a Cubs championship season in is life time.

Hope you guys are doing good.
